BTA acquired 101 E College Street in 2016 and renovated the building facade in 2021. 103 E College Street was acquired by BTA Jones Enterprises, LLC in 2022 and interior improvements will be completed under Phase II, January 2023. The storefront is currently occupied by a beauty salon. The rear building is used as a car garage . Phase III will include the construction and mixed use development of a new commercial building at 105 E College Street with 1 commercial space on the 1st floor and 2 residential on the 2nd floor.
