BTA acquired 101 E College Street in 2016, and renovated the building façade in 2022. Our project has 3 phases. The acquisition of 101 E College and renovations completed our Phase I on the project. Phase II has been completed with the purchase of 103A E College which is  a Beauty Salon as well as 103B which is a Car Garage in the rear. We are scheduled to complete renovations for the Beauty Salon in January 2023. This storefront has been in operations for over 25 years. The renovations at salon will include adding 2 suites to accommodate 2 additional tenants. In like manner, the car garage has been operating for the same duration. Phase III will include new construction, and mixed use development of a new commercial building at 105 E College with 1 commercial space on the 1st floor and 2 residential on the 2nd floor.
